MY PRODUCT GALLERY

This section works as a showcase or in more simple terms to view all the products of your item Register at a glance. Some of the good features are:

• User can view the items category wise for e.g. in a list of 10 categories like vases, pots, trays, bowls etc, person can view the products of any category
• User can set the intervals between displays of auto slide show.
• Export to excel is a very good feature, through which all the pictures will be exported along with the item register in Microsoft excel file; the export is possible at any desired location.

CONTROL PANEL
This is the very important section which is divided in to 5 sub-sections as described, mainly

• Open / Save Project
• Item register
• Locate item register - to locate the existing item register in folder
• Import from ExDocs / Exhibitions Manager Software import from our other softwares
• Customize Cd / web

Please find below details of important sub-headings.
Open / Save Project:
This will open / save the entire project which includes Buyer database, Item Register and Pictures in
My documents > My presentation gold edition
The project can be saved giving the flexibility to the user to work in different projects at the same time. For e.g. if user is making photo offers / website / excel offers for European customers then save the project, empty the databases manually by deleting all entries from item register / buyer database / pictures from and work in altogether new project and then save it again. Also user can take backups of the data time to time through this procedure.

ITEM REGISTER

1. Before importing, it is recommended that user will create in any location of the hard-disk, the directories & sub-directories as per the products based on categories / commodities & further Sub-categories / Sub-commodities coz the software is creating a 3 level structure catalogue / website. The most powerful feature of this section lies in the fact that it can import the same directory structure maintaining the same level of directories & sub-directories.
2. Now, press the (Category/Commodity) button at the right hand side and tell the software which directory structure you are using e.g. category / commodity or Commodity / category or no structure etc.
3. Then browse for the folder
4. Get pictures and make the renaming thru the below options:
5. Renaming facility is provided with the following tabs:

• Add text: User can add numeric / alpha numeric characters in this field and the whole list of renamed items will be amended as per the text given.
• Truncate text: User can remove / truncate any numeric / alpha numeric characters from the whole list thru this field.
• Add text to item: Text can be added to the renamed list thru this field.

6. You can also import selected items, up to this point software is showing the file size you are importing in your register and press done.

If you use a digital camera to click pictures so all those pictures will have some series after you import those pictures into P.Gold open the item register (Which we assume is blank at the moment) and enter the first number of the series, if that number matches the images in the database, an image will automatically popup here you can fill all the detail of this item, Click the down arrow on the keyboard and the new item number is created automatically with the respective picture. If the description and other details are similar to the previous item, do not forget to click the checkbox Fill same values in next record and all the details of the previous record will also get replicated to new record each time you press down arrow to add new item, so you can create virtually unlimited items in very short time
Get Pictures: pictures can be assigned to the item series manually, this is optional and user can use in case they would like to change picture / pictures.

Import & Export to Excel: The whole item register can be exported to Microsoft excel sheet, this way user can fill the whole item register and import it again, this is the flexibility coz Microsoft excel is much popular to create spread sheets.

Delete Row: User can delete a single row
Delete All: This will delete all the item register instantly, the button is at the top of the item register

Auto-Increment Item no: Gives the flexibility to the user by incrementing the value of the last number in the item series as by pressing the down arrow key in the keyboard.

Locate: This will help locate the particular record, wrap-around check box will check for the whole sheet

Search Desc / Manfg / Category: Specific search is possible thru the boxes.

Important Feature of Item Register: Software saves all the data bases including the pictures in C>Program Files>Pacific Infotech>Presentation Gold and if the user has deleted all the entries from the item register thru Delete All button, software will automatically delete all the corresponding images from C>Program Files>Pacific Infotech>Presentation Gold>images.

CUSTOMIZE CD / WEBSITE

• Company Profile: User is free to type the company profile accordingly, please note that this user will input data in html only and the use of following keys:
• For Enter: Insert Carriage Return
• Bold: Press "B" then write text in-between. Same for doing Italic" I" and Underline "U".
• Contact Information: Any information typed here will be shown in the tab "Contact Us"
• Bank Details: To be filled by the user.
• Preferences: Just select your preferred text color, background from a collection of more than 100 swatches and selection from more then 20 button sets, make a preview there for selection.
• Picture Quality: User can set as Low / medium / High
• Thumbnail size: User can set as small / medium / large for the display on the product page
• Status bar scrolling message: This message will appear as a marquee in your pages
• Branding on Photo-offers: Very useful, any text written here comes on each picture offer
• Font color for catalogue: User can select from the universal colors, this will work for the whole product showcase
• Font color for top level pages: This color selection is for top level pages
• Choose Sound: User can choose sounds for catalogues / websites in wav, mp3, midi, wma etc formats
• Copyright Notice: Html required, this will come at the bottom of catalogue / website
• Search Engines: It contains 2 categories: (USED FOR WEB ONLY)
• Search key words for your website: Keywords related to your mainline of business, separated by commas up to 254 characters. (Keywords are those words used by search engines to check the relevancy of your web page).
